Traditional Speech Therapy

Foundations for Life Clinic, LLC offers "traditional" speech and language therapy services.  These services are provided to children from 3 years to 14 years old.  All treatment approaches are research-based and are conducted through telepractice.  We do not currently have a waitlist, so contract us and get scheduled for your first session.  

The formal/informal speech therapy assessment and written summary is $497.00.  If you have a report and diagnosis from another facility the cost of the assessment session and written summary is $397.00.   

The sessions are approximately 25-minutes in length and are provided on a weekly or bi-weekly basis (twice-a-week).  The cost for each session is $97.00, which will be paid prior to each session.  

Foundations for Life Clinic, LLC accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA).  

Please check with your spending/savings accounts prior to scheduling your sessions.
